We have our own vehicles and we offer complete logistic for deliveries and taking over of documents for storage and archiving, regardless of the volume and geographic location. The existing archive, regardless of the form it is kept in, is loaded in special secure transportation means monitors through GPS.

Storage of document boxes

 

We have archive storage spaces in Bucharest and Brașov, both fitted according to the applicable norms and standards. Storage spaces are especially set up and operated for the document archiving and management activity.

  • Magnetic card access on the premises and in the rooms
  • Automated installations for fire prevention and extinguishing
  • Humidity control and microclimate fully automated

We understand the need of data security, and this is why we offer maximum confidentiality of the information contained by the documents stored with us. With the help of a specialized software, each document box receives a dedicated location in the storage and a barcode through which the archive traceability is followed, in order to have quick and easy access to the archived information. Storage and conservation of the documents is made in cardboard standardized boxes, on specially designed and set up shelves.

We offer quick and easy access to information from the stored documents, depending on the specific needs of the clients.
